German in the UK

The Association of German Saturday Schools (Vereinigung Deutscher Samstagsschulen) is the umbrella organisation for the German Saturday Schools in the UK. It offers supplementary education in German for children who are growing up bilingually in the UK. Around 800 children at about 15 different locations, most of them in and around London, are currently taught at German Saturday Schools.
